Are there any fees or charges for using the service?
Yes, there is a .50 cent customer transaction service fee which is standard with electronic methods of purchasing.

Can I cancel an order for something after the text has been sent?
Once you have placed an order with Kashin, your credit card is automatically debited. Cancellations, refunds or returns will depend on the circumstances and or returns policy we have for the services provided and will need to be discussed directly with Kashin.

Can I have more than one mobile phone number on my membership?
You can list up to 10 mobile phone numbers if you like. All purchases from any mobile phone you have registered will be debited to the credit card account you have nominated.

How secure are my details & information?
Kashin will not disclose your information to any third party without your prior consent.

What if I want to return a purchase?
It will depend on the circumstances and or returns policy we have for the services provided and will need to be discussed directly with Kashin.

What will happen if I get the product codes wrong?
You will receive a text which will tell you that the purchase could not proceed and a reason why not, e.g. no space between item codes, invalid code etc.

Are my credit card details secure?
All credit card details are securely held in a dedicated, state of the art bank grade security data centre which is purpose built and specially designed for payments processing.

Cafe and Restaurant FAQs

Can I order more than one item at a time?
Yes, you can order up to 9 of the same item by inserting “x” and the number you require after the code. If you’d like more than 9 of the same, you’ll need to send a second text.
If you wish to order a number of different items at the same time, just leave a space between each item code.

How will the retailer know which is my order when I pick it up?
When you make a purchase using Kashin the retailer receives your name with your order. You will also receive a confirmation text which can be used as your proof of purchase when collecting your purchase.

Can I specify a collection or pick up time?
You can also specify a "pick up" time if you like. After your order, simply use the word "pick up" and time you would like to collect.
